The ‘toddler’, who weighs five times the average weight for a 3-year-old boy, is unable to attend conventional nurseries because of the danger he poses to other children.
At the age of just three, Chinese toddler Lu Hao already weighs 132 pounds, the equivalent of five times the average weight for a boy his age. According to UK daily paper, The Sun, he is officially obese.
According to his mother, Lu Hao eats more than three plates of food for dinner and cries if she tries to restrict his eating.
She says she has tried to put him on a diet by reducing his food intake, but to no avail.
Doctors have warned his family that Lu Hao’s heart could be seriously affected by his excess weight. There are a total of  60 million obese people living in China.
